In this role, Parker will oversee daily branch operations, lead customer service initiatives, and support the Bank’s continued commitment to delivering exceptional, relationship-based banking experiences to the Dallas community.
Parker brings more than 13 years of experience in retail and community banking, having held progressively responsible leadership roles with regional financial institutions. Her background includes extensive experience in branch operations, team leadership, customer relationship development, and regulatory compliance, along with a strong record of driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
