Chatsworth, Ga., June 1, 2026 – First National Community Bank (FNCB), the wholly owned subsidiary of First Chatsworth Bankshares, Inc., is pleased to announce the promotion of Kayla McEntire to Banking Officer/Branch Manager of its downtown Rome, Georgia location. With over a decade of experience in the banking industry, Kayla brings extensive financial services industry expertise and a deep commitment to serving customers and supporting the community.
McEntire joined FNCB in February 2025 as Head Teller of the downtown Rome location. In her new role, she is responsible for overseeing branch operations, supporting team development, and building strong customer relationships throughout the Rome-Floyd County community.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, McEntire is actively involved in the community. She advocates for childhood literacy through partnerships with daycare centers across Rome and Floyd County and works alongside the NWGA Minority Business Association to promote financial literacy for local business owners. She is also a Steward of the Wild and is passionate about giving back through volunteerism and financial education.
McEntire attended Shorter University and has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to professional growth and customer service excellence throughout her career in the financial industry.
