“Exemplary Customer Service Is The Cornerstone Of Everything We Do.”

Dear Valued First National Community Bank Customer,

We are pleased to have accomplished great milestones with the finalization of our merger with Heritage First Bank and we could not have done it without the support of our dedicated customers. I would like to sincerely thank you for your continued support. Our commitment to you and exceeding your expectations remains our top priority and is at the forefront of everything we do. We are extremely proud to be northwest Georgia’s locally owned community bank of choice and our dedicated and seasoned banking team remains ready to serve you.

I am delighted to share the following updates with you as we continue to optimize your banking experience:

  • Customer Communications: Letters with important updates will be inserted into your monthly statements (both print and eStatements). We may also periodically send mailings in addition to the monthly statements. Please be on the lookout for mailings. Be sure to note the “alert pane” on the First National Community Bank website, www.fncbank.com, which will also contain important communications and updates.
  • New Website: The new First National Community Bank website launched in early July and features an enhanced functionality and a new look under the First National Community Bank brand with the same domain name, www.fncbank.com. We took great pride in creating this website and incorporated photography that showcases the 7 beautiful northwest Georgia cities that our bank serves. We hope that you will take a few moments to familiarize yourself with the new website and learn more about our dedicated team and how we may assist you.
  • Online/Mobile Banking & Bill Pay Enhancements: We enhanced our online banking services to continue to provide you with exceptional products and services on July 19, 2021. Our team is at your service should you have any questions and we have posted important information and Frequently Asked Questions to the Alert Pane of the www.fncbank.com website.
  • Blog: Please remember to visit the Blog page of our website. The page can be found under the “Resources” tab. The blogs are posted at the beginning of each month, and we invite you to check back to our Blog page monthly as here we will share helpful tips that will help guide you along your financial journey, as well as important bank news and updates.
  • Facebook Page: We encourage you to “Like” the First National Community Bank Facebook page. Here we will communicate important updates about our Bank and community. We look forward to engaging with you on our page. The page can be found at: https://www.facebook.com/fncbank

Thank you for your continued trust and support and for being a part of the First National Community Bank banking family. For questions, please do not hesitate to call one of our associates at (706) 695-9646.

With Gratitude,

Ryan P. Earnest
